Your appointments are important to Taylor Rose, as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectively request at least 5 days notice for cancelations and adjustments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Less than 5 days notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in forfeiting your deposit.
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and this will also result in forfeiting your deposit.
Appointments that are booked within the 5 days period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Late arrivals (15 minutes past scheduled appointment time) will be charged the full price of the scheduled services(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
The cancelation policy allows us the time to inform our clients on our waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 5-day notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Refunds
Any requested refunds within the cancellation policy will only be made up to 14 days after the payment date, after those 14 days no payments or online booking or gift card purchase will be refundable.
