We would like to mention a few points for you to bear in mind during your visit to the salon.


Please arrive at the correct time for your appointment.  If running late please call the salon rather than sending a message by text/email.

Please do not try to enter the salon outside of our opening hours.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Once an appointment is booked this cannot be changed to a different type of service.  Any such alterations will result in loss of the original deposit.

If you need to reschedule you must contact us within five working days of your appointment.  Failure to do this will mean loss of your deposit, and any future bookings will require the payment of a new deposit.

If you have had an in-salon consultation with us and the colour-match has been confirmed, you must keep this colour prior to the hair extension service.

Here at Taylor Rose London the service we offer is unique to our salon, and our staff are trained in a specific way to provide this unique service.  We therefore do not recommend that our customers go to other salons for removal or maintenance appointments once we have installed your extensions, because other salons may not know how to carry out this service without causing damage, for example fraying to the extensions, or even damaging your natural hair.

It is very important for you to adhere to our aftercare regime.  Customers who do not follow these instructions may experience sticky residue around the extensions, the colour lifting rapidly, and fraying and/or shedding.  A copy of the Aftercare information will be given to you during/after your installation service, and can also be found on our website - www.taylorrosehairandbeauty.com/after-care

Please contact us immediately regarding any issues after your appointment, and we will respond urgently to try and resolve it. 

Please keep your extensions in before returning to the salon, otherwise we may not be able to resolve the issue.

Customers should never try to remove the extensions themselves.  This can result in damage to the natural hair, and it is also unlikely that the removed extensions can be reinstalled.

We recommend maintenance appointments are carried out every ten weeks after your installation until the extensions are removed.  If you book in for a maintenance appointment leaving more than a ten-week gap £95 will be added to your service.
